An eSIM is a digital SIM profile installed on a compatible device. It does not require a physical SIM card.
Features vary by plan. Many plans provide data only; some include calls or SMS with destination-specific restrictions. Check the selected plan instead of assuming calls, SMS or a phone number are included.
Check your device manufacturer's specifications and confirm that your particular model and carrier configuration support eSIM. The device must also be network-unlocked where required.
Follow the delivery and installation instructions for your order. Plan activation rules vary, so review the selected plan before installing it or travelling.
Validity depends on the plan and may start on first eligible network connection, installation, QR-code issuance or purchase. Read the selected plan instructions before buying or installing; these start events are not interchangeable.
The validity period begins when the eSIM first connects to an eligible supported network, subject to the selected plan's terms.
The validity period can begin as soon as the purchase is completed, before installation or travel. An important warning is shown for a verified immediate-start plan.
Hotspot availability depends on the specific plan and device. SimTrekGo displays hotspot support only when reliable plan evidence is available.
Breakout IP identifies the location through which a plan's internet traffic is routed when that information is available. It can affect plan identity, performance characteristics and price.
Price can vary by destination or region, data allowance, validity, plan type, and available breakout route. Always compare the selected plan details.
A daily plan provides a stated high-speed allowance per day for a stated number of days. A fair-use-policy plan may reduce speed after its high-speed allowance is used. Exact behavior is shown only when supported by plan evidence.
Not necessarily. Some plans marketed as unlimited are subject to a daily high-speed allowance or another fair-use rule, followed by reduced speed. SimTrekGo must not describe such a plan as unlimited high-speed.
Top-up availability depends on the specific plan. Do not assume a plan can be topped up unless that capability is shown for it.
Transferability depends on the eSIM profile and plan. Unless the selected plan explicitly confirms transfer support, do not assume unused data can be transferred.
Many eSIM profiles cannot be moved after installation. Check the delivery instructions before installing and contact support before changing devices.
After eSIM credentials are issued, change-of-mind refunds are generally limited. An eSIM that was correctly installed, activated or used and is functioning as purchased is generally non-refundable. Genuine technical or service failures may still be reviewed under the Refund Policy; a refund is not guaranteed. Applicable consumer rights are not limited. Duplicate charges, verified SimTrekGo delivery or fulfillment failures, a materially incorrect delivered plan, a legally required refund, or an exceptional resolution approved by SimTrekGo may be reviewed under the Refund Policy. Read the Refund Policy.
Device compatibility is the customer's responsibility. Check compatibility before ordering. If you discover a problem, do not install or activate the eSIM and contact support promptly; a refund is not guaranteed.
Check My Orders and your supplied contact details, then contact support with the order number. A verified SimTrekGo delivery failure may be eligible for review.
Live usage is available only for plans with trusted tracking support. My Orders will show a clear notice when live usage is unavailable.
Live reporting availability varies by plan. SimTrekGo does not estimate or fabricate remaining data when a trusted live reading is unavailable.
Many travel eSIMs require data roaming to connect. Follow the installation instructions for the selected plan and use the eSIM as the mobile-data line.
Confirm coverage before ordering. A customer-selected wrong destination is generally not a refund reason after delivery, but you may contact support for review before installation or use.
Purchase it close enough to your intended use that you do not lose needed validity before travel. Review the immediate-start warning before checkout.
Taxes, if applicable, are calculated based on your location and applicable tax rules. The checkout summary will show any tax separately from the plan subtotal before payment.
Use the Contact form and include your order number when available. Do not include passwords, full payment-card details or eSIM activation credentials.
